Edict Systems Announces its Business Partner Contract Signing
with IBM
DAYTON, Ohio, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Advant-e Corporation

announced today that Edict Systems, its wholly owned and sole
operating subsidiary, has signed an agreement with IBM to
become an IBM Business Partner-Solution Provider.
By signing this agreement Edict Systems will provide its
customers using EnterpriseEC® and its customers using
its variety of industry specific Web EDI services, such as
GroceryEC.com, with the ability to exchange electronic business
transactions using IBM Application Hosting -- Business Exchange
Services, Internet transfer and IBM Application Hosting --
EDI Services, Information Exchange. In addition, Edict Systems
will be able to provide Edict Systems customers with the ability
to exchange electronic business documents with companies using
other EDI Value Added Networks (VANs).
Edict Systems will also be able to provide its customers
IBM's EDI Services and Business Exchange Services which allows
customers to manage electronic relationships, extend those
relationships globally, and bridge the gap between legacy
environments, and new technologies.
